【When Entering】
① Drive over the lock plate and park in the space.
② After a short time, the lock plate will rise and secure your tire.
③ Once you confirm that the lock plate has risen, parking is complete.
【When Exiting】
① At the payment machine, enter your parking space number on the keypad. The parking fee will be displayed.
② After completing payment, the lock plate will lower.
③ Once you confirm the lock plate is fully down, exit the space.
※The method of entry, exit, or payment may differ depending on the equipment.
※In some parking lots, the lock plate is installed in front of the parking space.
※In addition to cash, service tickets and credit cards may be available.
※Be careful of surroundings and equipment operation when entering, exiting, paying, or walking inside the lot.
※If you delay exiting after payment, the lock plate may rise again, requiring another payment.
※If you exit without confirming the lock plate has lowered, we cannot be responsible for any damage to your vehicle.

There are the following types of parking facilities operated and managed by Trust Park.
【Gate Type】
Equipped with a gate bar at entrance/exit. Take a ticket and find your own space.
【Coin (Lock Plate) Type】
Each space has a flap (lock plate) that rises after parking and lowers after payment.
【Tower Type】
Vehicles are placed on pallets and stored in a building mechanically. May have height/size limits.
【Multi-level (Self-driving) Type:】
Drivers use ramps inside a building to find a parking space. Higher vehicle clearance than tower type.
【Flat Lot】
Surface parking lot with no height restrictions. Payment usually handled by staff.
【Mechanical Stacker】
Vehicles are stacked 2–4 levels using movable pallets. May take time to retrieve vehicles.
【Ticket Type】
Buy a time ticket after parking and place it on your dashboard.
【Flapless】
No lock plate; usage is monitored by cameras. Charges start after a set time.
【Cashless (QR) Type】
No machines or lock plates. Scan a QR code with your smartphone and pay online.
【Bicycle Parking:】
Equipped with racks or chains that lock the front wheel.
Standard operating hours are 24 hours (varies by location).
Maximum use per entry: 48 hours. If you plan to exceed 48 hours, contact the call center (number is on the rate board).

※Even within vehicle size limits, cars with roof carriers, aero parts, or modifications may not be allowed in mechanical lots.
A “Maximum Fee” means you will not be charged beyond a set amount within a defined time. For example, if the maximum fee is ¥1,000, charges stop once ¥1,000 is reached, making it advantageous for long stays.
Unless stated otherwise, maximum fees generally repeat. If not applicable, signage will state “no repeat.”
Payment machines may accept credit cards, QR, or IC cards depending on the equipment.
Always insert cards correctly; damaged or defective cards may cause errors.
Some machines may not support certain cards.
Please call the emergency contact on the on-site sign or payment machine.
Contact the emergency number with the parking lot name and fee paid. Receipts will be mailed later.
Refunds are not possible. Always confirm your space number before payment.
Press the “Lost Ticket” button at the exit machine and pay the displayed amount. If you later find the ticket, refunds are available (difference between actual fee and paid fee) with both the receipt and the ticket.
We sell parking service tickets and coins for businesses and users needing guest parking. (Not valid at all locations.)
